Holiday house Sogno sul Lago 

The house is located on Lake Bolsena in the town of Capodimonte (VT), approximately 200 meters from the beach and 2 kilometers from the center of Capodimonte. The location is ideal for enjoying the lake without needing to move your car. The property measures approximately 52 square meters, has an independent entrance accessed through a private garden, and features a living room with a spacious kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small sitting room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a convenient shower, and paved gardens in the front and back, with an outdoor shower.
The house can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, complete kitchen equipment, a hairdryer, a bidet toilet, two TVs, free Wi-Fi, household cleaning products, linen service included (bed sheets and bathroom towels), free parking, shampoo, and body soap. Additionally, there is a barbecue and two bicycles available for leisurely rides. Pets are not allowed.

The structure has a paved garden in front of the house, larger, and at the back, smaller, equipped with an outdoor shower. The parking spaces are not reserved but you can park your car for free either in front of the entrance to the garden or in a shared parking lot about 50 meters from the house.

The beach is about 200 meters from the house and can be reached in three minutes on foot. The long lake is equipped with numerous kiosks, some restaurants and games for children. It measures about 2 km and is suitable for long walks and bike rides in an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. At various points on the beach it is possible to rent canoes, pedal boats and motor boats for swimming near the islands and in some small beaches less accessible on foot. There is also a public service, departing from the port of Capodimonte, of mini cruises on Bolsena Lake.

The lake is also suitable for younger children as it remains gently sloping for a long stretch and this guarantees greater tranquility for parents. In the area, a few kilometers away from the house, there are other less frequented beaches and several restaurants directly overlooking the lake or located in neighboring villages where you can taste typical dishes (do not hesitate to contact me for any advice).
